15 minute Boost Sessions

Service Description

These Boost sessions can be used for many reasons. These are mostly available for clients I have already worked with. I offer these shorter 15 minute sessions for those who feel they need a quick check in or boost. During these 15 minutes we will not chat a whole lot. We will dedicate the majority of our time to our work. We can actually do a lot of work in this amount of time. You can schedule one of these Boost sessions the day after an appointment to help you integrate these upgrades into your foundational state of being. You can even book these boost sessions for consecutive days in a row. This compounds the work done, helping a person build off of and magnify what was done previously. It's like building momentum, helping someone familiarize themselves with, and hold onto their new state of being. Things to know before your session: -Sessions are done through Zoom. -Feel free to come onto the call with audio only if it makes you feel more comfortable. -I recommend that you have a comfortable spot in mind with little distraction. -I ask that you come into the session with an intention. -I do not always have the words to go into specific detail about what was done. -I am not a doctor and do not give medical advice. Cancellation Policy

The payment made in full is in exchange for the time and date chosen. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please notify me at least 72 hours before your appointment, and your payment will be transferred to your next confirmed appointment. If less than a 72 hour notice is given or if you miss your appointment completely, your payment will be forfeited. If I need to cancel last minute, you will be put in the next available appointment spot or you will be refunded in full at your request. Please be aware that your appointment will be cancelled if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment.
